  • What is the different between granite & quartz?

Granite is a natural stone quarried from the earth, with each slab having unique color variations and patterns. Quartz is engineered, combining crushed stone, resins, and pigments to create a more uniform appearance. Both materials offer excellent durability, heat resistance, and stain resistance. However, granite provides a one-of-a-kind look, while quartz offers more consistent coloring and a wider range of design options. To maintain either surface, we recommend using cutting boards, trivets, and promptly cleaning spills.
  • What factors into the pricing?

The primary factor in pricing is the specific stone type and color you choose. Granite prices typically range from $60 to $120 per square foot, with rarer stones commanding higher prices. Quartz pricing starts around $75 per square foot and can reach up to $120 for premium options. We're happy to guide you through our available selections to find options that align with your design preferences and budget constraints.
  • What types of stone do you offer?

We have the capability to source virtually any stone from a wide range of manufacturers. While special orders or out-of-state shipments may extend the timeline slightly, we're committed to finding the perfect stone for your project. We'll keep you informed about any potential impacts on your project schedule throughout the process.
  • How long are your lead times?

Our standard lead time is 4-6 weeks from template to installation. However, if you select from our in-stock options, we can complete your project in as little as 2 weeks. Please note that timelines may vary based on stone availability and delivery schedules. We'll provide regular updates to ensure you're informed about your project's progress.
  • What do you need to get started on my project?

To initiate your project, we only require rough dimensions to provide a free, no-obligation estimate. If you decide to proceed, we ask for a 60% deposit based on the estimate to secure your spot in our schedule and complete the template. After precise measurements are taken, we order and prepare your material for fabrication. We'll contact you to schedule the installation once we have a fabrication timeline. The remaining balance is due upon installation.
  • What payment methods do you accept and do you have a late fee policy?

We accept ACH transfers (our preferred method), checks, debit cards, cash, and credit cards (subject to a 3% processing fee). Regarding our late fee policy, a 3% charge will be applied to the total invoice if payment isn't received within 3 days of the due date. Additional fees may be incurred for further delays.
